What is your primary product or service?
We provide individual and group outplacement & career transition service for all levels within an organization; resume writing, and LinkedIn Profile critique and creation; leadership coaching and development; and, hr-related training to organizations such as 'Leadership Boot Camp' and 'Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace'. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been providing this service for about 30 years and decided to go out on my own in order to continue providing a quality product at competitive pricing that was not solely commodity driven or cookie cutter in nature. As immediate past president of the Association of Career Firms of North America, the regulatory association for the career transition/career management industry, I saw many firms taking short cuts in providing service to not only the candidates they were assigned to work with but also to their clients. I saw service being put onto a time-clock and felt that this was a detriment to the coaching aspect of what we do. So, I took the "old world" mentality of giving your candidates everything they need to succeed and combined it with the "new world" of business to produce a service that is top notch in the industry - all without compromising our values and those of our clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not provide "cookie cutter" services but rather will individualize your service - whether it is outplacement, coaching or training - to the organization's needs and then to the individual client. We pride ourselves in our ability to tailor programs to circumstances and need.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Headquarters in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania with offices in West Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina. We also can provide services across the United States and Canada.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our primary location in located in Natrona Heights right off Exit 15 on Route 28 North. We also have a location at Noblestown Road (Green Tree), Pittsburgh, PA in shared space. In West Virginia we are located in Charleston, WV; in Ohio we are in Solon/Cleveland and in North Carolina in Winston Salem. Our immediate plans for South Carolina include Spartanburg and in Florida, Tampa.

Which areas do you service?
Geographically, we have a very strong presence in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and North and South Carolina - but, have worked and continue to have the ability to work within the continental United States and Canada. Service wise we specialize in banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, and healthcare but have done a lot of work in telecommunications and related industries. Recently, we have been providing outplacement services for a major oil and gas company with headquartesr in Canada and another company in Texas.

What are your hours of operation?
We are flexible and will provide service even on the weekends and evenings but we are traditionally open M-F 8 AM to 6 PM.
