How long have you been in business?
Chilbert and Co LLC has been proudly serving our customers since 1980 when we were founded to serve fraternal orders by mail order, phone, fax as well as in our show room in Coraopolis Pa ( a suburb of Pittsburgh).
What is your primary product or service?
Since our founding our primary product line has been Men's Formalwear. Since then we have expand our product line to include Ladies Formalwear, a huge selection of blazers from value priced blazers to top of the line , Men's Suits and Sport coats, as well as all Formalwear accessories.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Over 40 years ago I was offered a stock boy's position at a local Men's Clothing store, working after school, and it grew from there. As I enjoyed many relationships with our clients, I continue with it while attending the University of Pittsburgh, then decided to make this my career. As time went on I was offered a position with a national chain working my way up to District Manager for several years before leaving to run my own Company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service, Service, Service
Many companies talk the talk but few provide it. WE DO NOT JUST TAKE ORDERS. We seek first to understand the customers needs and desires,then assist him/her in making the proper selection for their needs, with most orders being shipped within 24 Hours. Our clients that visit our showroom enjoy the fact that simple alterations are usually able to be done while they wait in our Showroom avoiding a second return trip to pick them up.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
From our one location continue to ship all over the world from the USA to Canada, Spain, to Australia and more as the need arises.
At this time we feel that we can best serve our clients properly from the one central location we now enjoy.

From downtown Pittsburgh take 376 West toward the Pittsburgh International Airport. Exit on Interstate 79 North to Exit 64 McKees Rocks / Coraopolis. of the exit turn left on to Route 51 North for exactly 2 miles to our Show Room 1001 Fourth Ave, Coraopolis, Pa 15108. (Route 51 becomes Fourth Ave as you enter Coraopolis)

Which areas do you service?
Locally we provide service to our clients in Western Pa, Eastern Ohio, and Northern WV. Mail order EVERYWHERE UPS and the US Postal Service serve.

Monday thru Thursday 9Am to 5PM, Fridays 9AM to 1PM with Saturday and Sunday by appointment
