E&C Services and Executive Recruiting offers a tremendous opportunity to impact progressive organizations at the highest levels through our consulting as well as our recruiting services. It is rare that an organization is able to impact a company both from a macro and micro prospective.
I have been involved in business ownership for over 30 years as well as executive recruiting for almost 30 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As an organization, we are experts in our narrow field of clientele. Additionally and more importantly, we have a direct recruiting approach in which we speak and meet with our clients as well as each of our candidates. In this manner we are able to understand not only the technical fit but more importantly the cultural fit as well. Most of our clients tell us it is this personal approach to a very anxiety ridden process which differentiates us from others in our field who base their actions through job postings.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate both domestically and internationally with our Hub of operations being Pittsburgh. We also have representatives in Houston, TX, Cleveland, OH as well as revolving individuals internationally.

E&C Services in in operation through the phone or internet 24 hours a day. However, our office hours are from 7:30 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
