Kimicata Brother, Inc has been family owned and operated in Pittsburgh since 1929. So we have 87 years of quality service to be proud of.
What is your primary product or service?
Outdoor design / build of patios, paths, ponds, fire pits and features, outdoor kitchens, outdoor lighting, segmental wall systems, irrigation system, landscape design, installation and maintenance
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up working in the family business for my grandfather and then my father. 2016 is my 46th year in the landscape profession.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our well trained staff has earned CLT & PCH designations to set us above other companies. This has helped us to become an award winning outdoor design/build organization that will listen to the customer, provide a detailed bid outlining the scope of the work, provide a dedicated crew to complete the project and stand behind our work with written warranties and product guarantees. This dedication to our customers, workers and the business has allowed us to remain in business for 87 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Pittsburgh's Hazelwood neighborhood. One location gives us superior quality control.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Paul Kimicata is the president and sister Linda Joyce is the vice-president. We have a well trained team of architects, managers, supervisors and production staff to run an efficient company to meet customers wants and needs.

7 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Saturday
