I have never had much to do with the "justice" system but I can not believe how unprofessional and ignorant this magistrate was. I accompanied a friend to his preliminary hearing for a first time DUI and this Judge screamed at him from the bench and called him stupid while police and lawyers just stood there and did nothing. Is this what tax dollars pay for?
