How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After nearly seventeen years as a corporate human resources professional (Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Personnel), I felt well prepared to offer these services as a consultant.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I've had extensive experience spanning multiple sectors. I've been a corporate executive, a non-profit board president of multiple organizations and I have provided consulting services to diverse organizations over the past three decades.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
RDP has provided services locally, nationally throughout the USA and in five countries on the continent of Africa. Our base location is in the East Liberty section of Pittsburgh
