What is your primary product or service?
We serve the elderly and disabled. Providing Quality care to anyone who needs a helping hand.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I developed a fondness for the elderly and disabled as a result of caring for my great grandmother. I began by working professionally as a cna through private agencies. I went to college for nursing and later became an Administrator.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe every home is directly influenced by the standards of their owner/administrator. I cannot speak for other homes because I am not aquainted with all of them. As the administrator of this home I hold myself to a high standard. I would like to think that my love for what I do is reflected in the quality care the residents receive.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. Yes, we would consider expansion if the opportunity presents itself.
